Founded under the aegis of the Ritnand Balved Education Foundation (RBEF) in 1999.In June 2018,it revoked its affiliation to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprasth University and decided not to participate in its forthcoming counselling sessions with effect from the academic session 2018-19.
