We have NO Lock in Contracts, 24/7 gym, Free timehold (We freeze your payments when you go away or simply have to take some time off, for Free). If you want to get fit and healthy or train for something specific we have PT's that are here to help and tailor a Program for you. We are a boutique fitness gym with all the stuff you need and none of the stuff you don't. This is how we keep our memberships so low. You can come in on your lunch break, train, have a shower and be back at work in no time, feeling stronger and fitter than ever.
