Guarda Veneta is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Rovigo in the Italian region of Veneto, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) southwest of Venice and about 9 kilometres (6 mi) south of Rovigo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,151 and an area of 17.3 square kilometres (6.7 sq mi).
The municipality of Guarda Veneta contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Borgo Moia, Case Zuecca, La Roccata, and Quarti.
