Nord Anglia International School, New York, formerly World Class Learning Academy, New York (also known as WCLA, WCLANY or WCLA, NY), is a for-profit international school in New York. The school was established in 2011 and currently educates students who represent over 35 nations. It is a member of the Nord Anglia Education family of 47 premium international schools, which provide a global education for over 38,000 students between the ages of 2 and 18 years worldwide.
NAIS, New York is a co-educational, non-selective school. Students applying are not required to sit an entrance exam. However, when it is unclear if a child has the appropriate level of English, additional learning needs, or if it is unclear which year the child should enter then the appropriate assessments are administered.The school is located in the East Village area of lower Manhattan in New York City.
