The Mission of the Alliance is to improve the quality of life for all NJ residents by developing and preserving affordable housing, by providing housing education and by helping communities meet their legal and moral housing obligations. The Affordable Housing Alliance is a nonprofit human service agency providing for the affordable housing needs of residents of Central NJ. In addition to the rental management of 360 units for families of low or moderate income we build affordable single family homes for sale, provide housing counseling, home-ownership education, utility assistance, income certification and foreclosure modification assistance. Our motto is “We help with Housing”.
