The William Ulmer Brewery was a brewery founded by William Ulmer (1833–1907, aged 74) at 31 Belvidere Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn, New York. The main brew house dates from 1872 with major additions through 1890.William Ulmer was the nephew of both John F. Betz and Henry Clausen Sr., they in turn were brewers and apprentices of D.G. Yuengling Sr. It is a New York City Landmark.
