The Berliner Synchron AG (BSG) is the largest and one of the oldest German post-production dubbing companies. It was founded on 14 October 1949 by Wenzel Lüdecke and is currently managed by Lüdecke's son, Wolfram Lüdecke, who has served as the current CEO since 1987. On 3 July 2006, it was converted from a GmbH into a AG (joint stock company). As of 16 October 2006, the company is listed on the Xetra Stock Exchange in Germany.
