Info

Alfred J. Loos Fieldhouse is an American high school gymnasium constructed in 1965. With a seating capacity of 7,500, Loos Fieldhouse is one of the largest high school gyms in the U.S. It was the largest high school gym outside of Indiana, until 2013 when Window Rock High School in Fort Defiance, Arizona, opened a new 8,000-seat facility. Located at 3815 Spring Valley Road in Addison, Texas, Loos Fieldhouse is part of the Loos Sports Complex, which includes a football stadium and natatorium, all operated by the Dallas Independent School District.
The complex is named for A. J. Loos, who served as head football coach at Forest Avenue High School (now James Madison High School) in Dallas, Texas, from 1921 to 1934.
It is also leased for non-curricular use, including the annual Texas Open Taekwondo championships.
