Ferryfield House is a Community Hospital in Edinburgh, Scotland. It is operated by NHS Lothian It is situated in Pilton, Edinburgh.Ferryfield House specialises in short-term and respite care. It is a 60-bed unit that opened in October 1996, as replacement for facilities previously provided at the Northern General Hospital. It was the first NHS facility in Scotland to be provided through a private finance initiative scheme.
