Sugino Fashion College (杉野服飾大学, Sugino fukushoku daigaku) is a private university, with two campus locations: on in Shinagawa, Tokyo, and the other in Hino, Tokyo, Japan. The predecessor of the school was founded in 1926, and it was chartered as a junior women's college in 1950. In 2002 it became coeducational.
