The one that started it all. Mesquite opened in Old Town Scottsdale in 2015 with a simple idea: fire-grill fresh meats over real mesquite wood and serve the bold street food you'd find in Rocky Point. Lines wrapped the block, guests came back day after day, and a single taqueria turned into a Valley-wide favorite.
