Spine Craft Utah LLC we have 2 locations to better serve you. Provo and Payson. Our new Payson office is located inside Good Rest Med Spa. Enjoy all the amenities and services of a spa while also seeing your chiropractor. Payson is by appointment only at this time but we offer hours as late as 8 pm there.

Since 1998 we have helped thousands of patients with their pain and wellness goals. Same day appointments, short waits, $0 out of pocket if you qualify under auto insurance. We offer chiropractic, on site physical therapists, massage, spinal decompression, laser therapy, shockwave therapy, laser teeth whitening and more. We accept auto insurance, workers comp, HSA cards and patients with DMBA and we are now in network with Select Health.
