Parker Radon Mitigation tests homes and installs radon reduction systems throughout Parker and the southeast Denver metro, an area the EPA rates as high-risk due to uranium-bearing soils common along the Front Range. We run short- and long-term radon tests, design sub-slab depressurization systems sized to each home's foundation and slab layout, replace failed or noisy radon fans, and handle crawl space sealing when radon is entering through an unfinished crawl space instead of a poured slab. Every installed system includes a visible manometer gauge so homeowners can confirm it's operating correctly at any time, and we retest after installation to verify the reduction meets EPA.
