The Lime Truck is a two-time Food Network Great Food Truck Race champion (Season 2 in 2011, All-Stars in 2021), catering Southern California since 2010. Founded in Irvine and operating from Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego locations, we cook California-Mexican fusion to order on the truck in front of your guests: carne asada, achiote chicken, slow-braised pork, blackened mahi, fresh ceviche, hand-pressed tortillas, and churros.
