The Lime Truck is a two-time Food Network champion bringing California-Mexican catering to San Diego. Founded in Irvine in 2010 by chef Daniel Shemtob, we won The Great Food Truck Race Season 2 in 2011 and returned to win the All-Stars champions edition in 2021.
