In order to deliver delicious fruit to our customers, careful maintenance throughout the year is essential. In addition to harvesting in the fall, we also perform pruning in the winter, sorting the buds in the spring, and then concentrating the nutrients in each fruit.



We monitor the health of the trees on a daily basis and adjust fertilizers to suit each tree, and we place importance on harvesting only trees that have reached their ripening stage, rather than harvesting them too early.
