We started Capital Finance because we'd seen too many Kiwis get frustrated with the mortgage process. Banks were saying no when there should have been a yes. People were overpaying on their home loans because they didn't know better rates existed. Small business owners couldn't get funding even when their businesses were solid. Today, we're a team of mortgage brokers based in Papakura, Auckland, working with clients across New Zealand. We've helped hundreds of first-home buyers get their keys, investors build portfolios, and business owners secure the funding they need to grow.
