Harv's Harley-Davidson®, Macedon, was established in 1962 by the late Harv Rousseau and Milly Rousseau. Harv and Milly started the business on their farm with a chicken coop they converted into a Harley-Davidson® dealership. Being very active motorcyclists, (Including the Empire Rider Motorcycle Club they established and the Motor Maids) they attended many events, including Laconia wherein 1965, Milly was named Miss National Tour Queen. While Harv was employed full time at the American Can Company, Milly did her daily duties managing the dealership until her sudden passing in 1980. Daughter, Kim stepped into her mother's management position at the young age of 20. Kim, along with Greg Salmon, employed since 1979, continued to manage and build a strong dealership through the challenging 80's.
