CareSphere provides modern, non-medical home care and waiver services for families across Pennsylvania. We support seniors, adults, children, and individuals with developmental disabilities who need help with daily routines while staying safe and independent at home.

Our caregivers assist with personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and supervision. We also offer developmental disability support and services through Pennsylvania Medicaid Waiver and Community HealthChoices programs, helping individuals participate more fully in daily life and their communities.

We make care easier to access. Our team guides families through program options, explains eligibility, and helps with onboarding. Qualified family members (excluding spouses under Medicaid rules) may be able to receive compensation through approved programs, with CareSphere supporting the process from start to finish.
