Connected Minds Psychology is a community of clinically trained psychologists and researchers who are passionate about helping people increase their wellbeing and resilience and live in line with their personal values. We strive to help organisations create mentally healthy workplaces. You do not have to have a mental health difficulty to benefit from working with us. Using evidence-based practices we work with people experiencing mental health difficulties, as well as with those simply wishing to enhance their psychological wellbeing and live a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life.

Connected Minds Psychology offers psychological and coaching services for individuals, as well as workplace training programs for groups and organisations. Our co-founders have developed and implemented workplace wellbeing and mental health training for organisations across Australia and around the world. Our aim is to bring awareness to the importance of wellbeing and to help employers to create workplaces.
