All City Family Healthcare Center (AFHC) is a same-day surgery center located in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. It is the largest ambulatory same-day surgery provider in Brooklyn. It is licensed by the New York State Department of Health and accredited by the Joint Commission.



AFHC offers two procedure rooms and four operating rooms that are equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology, imaging instruments and sterilization tools.
