SprintHR was created to give small businesses a smarter way to get HR right. The founder, Karen Arnold, didn’t want another system full of jargon or endless templates that didn’t match real-world situations and with no explanation as to how to use them. She wanted a platform that used plain English, flagged risks before they escalated, and helped business owners lead their team with clarity and confidence. SprintHR is fast, practical, and built for people who want to do the right thing — without wasting time or money.
