Ted Sumrall is a globally experienced propulsion engineer whose work in rocket propulsion and energetic materials spans over four decades. Holding a Doctorate in Engineering from the University of Tokyo, he is fluent in Japanese and has authored ten patents and numerous articles in referred journals.
