Alex Martin Commercial started in 2010. We sell and let the buildings communities are built around — places of worship, nurseries, schools, doctors' and dentists' surgeries, gyms and leisure space. In planning terms that is F1 and F2 property, still widely known as D1 and D2. It is all we do, and has been for over 15 years.



Since then we have handled more than £500m worth of deals and brought over 400 buildings back into use. We also keep a list of more than 10,000 buyers and tenants who are actively looking.
