National Public School, Koramangala is one of a branch of schools located in Bangalore, India, which also has branches in Chennai and Singapore. The school is relatively recent when in comparison to its sister schoolsNational Public School, Koramangala, was established in 2003 under the chairmanship of Dr. K P Gopalkrishna following the lineage of the National Public School, Rajajinagar and National Public School, Chennai, both established over four decades ago, and National Public School, Indiranagar, established in 1982.
The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the national body of the government of India for Secondary Education. It is run by the National Education Trust, which is a linguistic, regional, minority institution.
In September 2016, CBSE withdrew its affiliation to the school after it was accused of forging minority certificates for granting admissions under the RTE Act.
