Founder Jorge worked as a cook and cashier at the original Adalbertos in San Diego, everything he learned he decided to apply by opening his own restaurant. His journey led him northward to Borstow, where he continued to work before finally settling in Sacramento.

Since 1999, Adalbertacos Mexican Food has been a Proudly serving the Sacramento community, Offering fresh and flavorful Mexican food that keeps customers coming back for more.
