With over 15 years of experience in compensation and people analytics, I am passionate about designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs that align with the business strategy, goals, and culture of the organization. I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Economics and Administration, and a WSET Level 1 and 2 certification in wine and spirit education.
