Choi Kwang Do, was developed by Grandmaster Kwang Jo Choi between 1978 and 1987. We took over the running of the Edgware Choi Kwang Do in 2018, and have been working ever since on helping our students progress in their training. We teach Practical Self Defence skills, but believe that Martial Arts is not just about the blocking, kicking and punching. It is also about respect, self-discipline, personal development and well-being.
