September 2008: The North American economy was crumbling and headed into the Great Recession. Hosein decided to enroll in university and get his Structural Engineering degree which would later prove to be invaluable to his Real Estate career. Although he was just starting out, he was able to use this education as a backbone in understanding the civil structures that he would later be selling.
