Growth Counseling is a small boutique private counseling practice, specializing in EMDR and treating trauma. I help people improve their lives and overcome past traumatic events. I am highly trained and certified in EMDR, a treatment proven to help people heal from past trauma. I am also an approved EMDR consultant and help therapists improve their EMDR skills and work towards becoming certified in EMDR treatment. I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field.
