ARD Kickboxing is a unique blend of Muay Thai, Taekwondo & Boxing. This system takes the discipline, structure and dynamic kicking techniques from Olympic Taekwondo and blends it with the devastating power of Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) and the head movement and speed of western boxing. A practitioner of ARD Kickboxing has the ability to execute strikes using eight points of contact, as opposed to just fists in Western boxing and, four points (fists, feet) used in the primarily sport-oriented forms of martial arts.
