With locations in Oakville, Hamilton and Toronto and virtual services, The Therapy Centre offers Cognitive Behavioural & Emotion Focused Therapy, Counselling and Psychological Services for children, teens and adults. Our role as therapists is to work together with clients, to explore, explain and modify unhelpful patterns of thoughts and emotions that are the basis of psychological problems.
