Calm Mind Counseling Center was founded in 2019 with the mission of helping people who are struggling to find hope, resolution and meaningful change in the West suburbs of Chicago. Our approach is trauma-informed and focuses on the whole health of a person in the change process. We are an innovative counseling center that specializes in trauma-informed counseling and EMDR therapy.
