Cathedral Italian Bistro in Plano was founded by the CEO of Cathedral Plumbing of Texas, Luis Uriarte. The initial goal was to provide Cathedral’s loyal employees with delicious Italian food. Luis’ vision quickly expanded to give back to all of his customers and tradesmen who have made Cathedral Plumbing successful. Now Cathedral’s warm and cozy Italian bistro is open to everyone. Two celebrity chefs produce a one-of-a-kind Italian fine dining experience. We look forward to celebrating with you!
