Teaching martial arts in Bellevue, WA. since 1983. Age & skill specific classes for ages 4 and up. Our classes focus on building up confidence by improving focus, building discipline, and strengthening self-control. Each class is fast paced so the students have fun and get into shape while building their confidence. Martial arts can have a positive and life changing impact.
