At LAT, our mission is to provide intensive outpatient psychiatric rehabilitation using a community outreach model that takes supportive, evidence-based treatment practices to the client at home and in the community. We provide both outreach case management services as well as group services, with each treatment plan tailored to the needs of the individual client.
