Description:

CASA Schools is a six-month culinary mentor/externship program designed for future chefs, restaurant owners, and others interested in the culinary arts.



Students apprentice inside Scratch LA in Encino, CA while they learn in one-on-one sessions with the restaurant's chef, Gavin Humes. Scratch LA specializes in seasonally inspired tasting menus & a la carte dishes. This hands-on, real-world mentor/extern method of education is ideal, especially when paired with our online curriculum.
