We are a team of holistic mental health clinicians and providers that believe in a mind-body approach when working with our clients. We look to treat the whole person by creating individualized plans to fit your specific needs.



Your initial session will include a thorough biopsychosocial assessment of your background, history and presenting concern. This initial assessment provides the foundation for our therapeutic work. A holistic treatment plan and goals will be discussed in the first few sessions to ensure focus and direction, along with frequency and cadence.



Depending on your individualized plan, supplemental holistic offerings will be discussed and integrated to support your treatment goals.
