Max People is a construction recruitment agency specialising in providing outsourcing labour-Hire solutions to New Zealand's leading Construction Companies in the Civil, Commercial and Residential sectors.



We offer temporary and Permanent recruitment services, as well as structured, motivated Managed Labour Teams. We can also deliver Carpentry work packages in the civil and Commercial Sectors through our sister company Max Projects. By providing structured, motivated and managed teams that we will reduce their on-site management and staff retention, allowing for increased productivity while reducing costs and bringing a greater team culture.
