A beautiful 8 week course of pregnancy yoga and Yoga classes in Hawkwell. Learn how to move and stay fit during pregnancy, easing up all the aches and pains associated with growing a human. Learn breathing techniques for birth and meet other mums to be. Classes are friendly, informative and completely safe from 12 weeks onwards. Classes will be live streamed to your living room Sundays at 11am. Can't make that time? No problem, you'll also be sent a video of the class afterwards to watch at your own convenience as many times as you like.
