Is It Too Hot To Sell A House In Texas?

The warm weather is already in full swing this summer, so I'm wondering if it's too hot to sell a house in Texas. People prefer lounging indoors in the air conditioning or outdoors by the pool when the temperature is 95 degrees or higher. They may not want to drive around looking at homes for sale this time of year.



My house does not have a pool. It is small, only 1200 square feet and in need of some updating. Many large, beautiful homes with pools and three- or four-car garages are selling fast, even in this hot climate. But fixer-uppers are not necessarily that popular.



I need to find a homebuyer who is motivated to purchase my Texas property as-is now, no matter what the weather is outside. Fortunately, my air conditioner works fine!
