Is it possible to sell my property for cash or not? That is the question I am trying to answer. Searching the web, I see home purchase companies that are looking for sellers to fill out forms online. I am not interested in providing all that information in an online form. It seems impersonal to me. I want to speak to a prospective buyer for my property on the phone. That is just the way I prefer to do important business such as a sale of real estate.It is surprising to me that online forms, online chats, and text messaging has replaced phone calls for many businesses now. I can understand that it is cheaper and easier for the business to manage their chat and text communications. But, in my opinion, it is not in my best interest to discuss the sale of my home without speaking on the phone with a real person.
I do not mind leaving a voice message to get a phone call back. That seems normal in business. But 100% digital-platform chatting without the sound a person’s voice does not seem normal to me.
