Safeguard Martial Arts has been voted the best martial arts school for over 15 years by the residents of Langley, British Columbia. Established in 1996, the school is an A+ rated member of the Better Business Bureau and local Chamber of Commerce. SMA offers karate & self defense programs for five separate age groups; Tots (3 - 4), Juniors (8 - 12), Teen / Adults (13 +), and Seniors (55+).
