We are a Health Club for Beginners and those wishing to restart exercising in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We also offer group personal training and ladies only gym facilities in Reigate. We offer the most comprehensive fitness classes and one of the club's specialities it that it offers Fitness30 Small Group Training. No matter what your goal we will help every step of the way. If it's getting fitter, losing weight or toning up we will guide you there.
