Salt Kitchen & Lounge South Beach is a laid back restaurant located in the Lord Balfour Hotel, conveniently situated on Ocean Drive, south of 5th Street. Beach goers can enjoy a small bite, or entree crafted by award-winning Chef, Dustin Atoigue. Salt offers indoor and outdoor seating and features a backyard lounge to host parties and live music, where guests can access their pool, jacuzzi and tiki bar. Longer than the ordinary happy hour, Salt offers their happy hour menu from 5-9 p.m. Among their carefully crafted menu are two stand out dishes, the lobster rolls and tuna tartare.
