Chef/Partner Maria Vargas is proud to share delectable mediterranean style dishes based on her mother's culinary recipes and inspired by the lush, abundant region of Aroa, Venezuela. Our in-house craft yogurt factory produces small batch yogurt that is creamy, delicious and full of active cultures and probiotics you won't find in store bought yogurt.
