Collins Square is a large office and retail development located at 735 Collins Street, Melbourne, in the Batman's Hill precinct in the Melbourne Docklands, Australia.The project is currently one of the largest commercial developments in Australia, comprising approximately 190,000 square metres of commercial and retail floor space. The Australian Tax Office is one of the main tenants.Construction commenced in 2010. Walker Corporation is the developer, with Bates Smart as architects. WSP Global performed the structural engineering design of this development. Restoration of the adjacent southern half of the former No 2 Goods Shed is part of the project.
