The Nathaniel Curtis House is a Georgian style house at 600 Housatonic Avenue in Stratford, Connecticut. It is a 2-1/2 story wood frame structure, five bays wide, with a central entrance, central chimney, and side gable roof. A leanto section extending from the rear gives the house a classic colonial saltbox appearance. The main entrance is a framed by a Federal style surround, with pilasters supporting an entablature and full gabled pediment. Built c. 1735, it is one of Stratford's few surviving 18th-century houses. It was moved, by water, on a barge, in 1973, to its present location on the bank of the Housatonic River. Although the original foundation stones were not moved, the chimney was.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
