THE POSTURE POST was created by Maury Simms, the inspiration behind the device. Maury suffered from pain and discomfort for years and never found complete relief no matter what he tried. Conventional disciplines such as physiotherapy, osteopathy, massage, acupressure, acupuncture, swimming and other physical activities and training never produced long lasting relief. Maury continued to explore and understand what the underlying issues might be present that kept him from achieving an adequate level of relief. In collaboration with an experienced Athletic Therapist, he designed a product and program that helped to reduce and control his chronic neck and back pain while also correcting the underlying conditions of poor posture . This product is for people, young and old, experiencing discomfort and dysfunction or as a way to strengthen your core by regaining your strength and equilibrium. Just 10 minutes a day, 4 days a week will improve your daily living.
