The City Hall Annex is a 210 ft (64 m) high-rise in Jacksonville, Florida, located in the Northbank area of downtown. Completed in 1960 as City Hall, the building's design was symbolic of the city's accession to modernity. Designed by the architecture firm Reynolds, Smith & Hills, today it serves as a prime example of Mid-century modern architecture. Main civic operations have since moved to their current home in the St. James Building.
